ADAM WAGNER

Founder & Lead Consultant |
Finance & Operations

Adam is the financial and operational backbone of Elevate Arts, working with clients as a fractional CFO and strategic partner to their executive directors and boards. With more than 15 years of executive leadership in performing arts nonprofits, he's run organizations from the top: as Executive Director of HITS Theatre he overhauled its accounting systems, and as Artistic Director he delivered a $200K production that came in $30K under budget and turned the company's first profit in 32 years. Earlier, as the inaugural Executive Director of Twilight Theatre, he raised $215K in 2 months to complete construction and open the doors to the $3.6M movie theater and performance venue - in a city of 800 people. A CCM-trained director, choreographer, and Equity performer, Adam pairs hard financial discipline with a working artist's instincts.

Rae Dobrovolsky, Marketing & Design Consultant at Elevate Arts Nonprofits

RAE DOBROVOLSKY

Lead Marketing & Design Consultant

Rae leads development, marketing, and brand for Elevate Arts. Over nearly a decade in nonprofit advancement, she has built the fundraising and communications engines that keep arts organizations growing. At the Institute of American Indian Arts, she was part of the advancement team behind the 2025 IAIA Benefit & Auction—a sold-out event that grossed a record $1.2 million for student scholarships. At the Santa Fe Playhouse, as Director of Development she secured a $25,000 Shubert Foundation award, the largest grant in the organization's history; at HITS Theatre in Houston as Director of Advancement, she grew individual giving by 66% in a single year and pushed the "Brick by Brick" capital campaign past its goal. A lifelong performer, Rae knows arts organizations from both sides of the curtain.
